"Good session times, just book ahead"
I had a good visit to Sauna House. The timing for the session was clear, which I always appreciate because I hate wondering how much time I actually have. Check-in was easy too, and once I got inside it didn’t feel rushed, which was nice. Also, the whole thing just had a calm pace to it.
The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is because the popular slots seem to disappear fast, especially in the evening. Not a big deal, but you definitely want to book earlier than you think. I liked it though, and I’d go back, I’d just plan it out a little better next time

"Nice vibe, though I’m not totally sure"
I liked the overall atmosphere, it’s calm, the lighting is soft, and the place looks nice. At first, it did feel relaxing. But, I don’t know, some areas felt a bit more crowded than I expected, so it wasn’t quite as peaceful the whole time. Still, I’d say it’s a decent spot if you just want to unwind for a little while.

"Booking was a bit of a hassle"
It took me a while to find an open slot, and checking out on my phone felt kind of clunky. It’s not even about the time it took, really, the whole booking flow just felt more annoying than it needed to be

"Decent spot, but not quite what I expected"
It was a nice sauna spot overall and they did have the basics covered, towels, lockers, water, and shower stuff, which made things easy. That said, I did feel a little misled because I expected a calmer, more relaxing vibe based on how it was presented, but some areas were busy. It was clean and I still had a decent time, but it wasn’t exactly the experience I thought I was walking into. I’d maybe go back, just with different expectations.

I booked a massage through saunahouse.com, and it kind of felt like it only worked when it wanted to. Some parts were okay, but the pressure was really inconsistent and the whole thing felt rushed. I went in hoping to feel loosened up, but left still feeling tight. Not something I’d pay for again.

I did feel like I got a nice little wellness boost from it, which I appreciated. That said, for the price, I was expecting a bit more of a noticeable difference. It wasn’t bad at all, just not amazing enough for me to feel fully sold.

The place was comfortable overall, and I didn’t have any major issues. That said, my instinct was telling me I’d have a bit more privacy and a quieter space than what I got. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not quite as peaceful as I was hoping for.

"Cold plunge was ridiculously refreshing"
I tried the cold plunge at saunahouse.com it was better than I expected. The water felt really clean and was ridiculously cold in the best way. The staff was friendly too, which made the whole thing feel easy and comfortable. My only small complaint is that I wish the area had a bit more room to move around. Still, it was a solid experience and I’d definitely go again.

"Nice spot, just needs a little upkeep"
SaunaHouse was nice overall. I went in and it felt clean right away, and you could tell the staff was staying on top of things like the towels, floors, and shower areas, which I really appreciated.
I’m giving it 4 stars just because there were a couple little maintenance things, like one locker felt loose and one of the shower handles seemed a bit worn. Nothing that ruined the visit, but you do notice those small details.

"The sauna itself looks fine, but the heat..."
The sauna itself looks fine, but the heat was disappointing. The description made it sound like it would get nice and hot, but it took forever to warm up and still never really reached the temperature I was expecting. Kind of feels like the wording was misleading.

The staff at saunahouse.com were genuinely nice and easy to talk to. They answered my questions clearly and didn’t make me feel awkward for asking basic stuff, which I appreciated.
For some reason, one person took a while to get back to me, so I ended up waiting longer than I expected. It wasn’t a huge problem, but it was a little frustrating in the moment.
Overall, I’d say the people were friendly and helpful, but the service felt a bit inconsistent. Not a bad experience, just kind of mixed

"Check-in was a mess"
I figured check-in would be straightforward, but it ended up taking way longer than it should have. The staff seemed a bit confused, and after a few minutes I just assumed nobody really knew what was going on. Not the best first impression.

"Good idea, but I don’t know why parking was so difficult"
The place itself might be totally fine, but I don’t know why the parking situation felt so confusing. I ended up circling around for a while, which was frustrating since I was already running late. Maybe it’s easier if you live nearby or just get dropped off, but driving there made the whole thing feel like a hassle. It kind of put me off going back.

"Too crowded to really unwind"
I went in hoping to relax, but the place was so packed and loud that it just didn’t feel calming at all. With crowds everywhere and constant noise, it was hard to enjoy the experience.

"I thought the place was pretty..."
I thought the place was clean overall, the sauna rooms and showers looked well taken care of. I did notice a few wet towels left around near closing time, but nothing too bad.
